Pepper berries are collected farm fresh and after removing all stones and other foreign particles, they are thoroughly washed in boiling water and dried under controlled conditions, till the moisture is brought down to less than 11%. These black peppers are sourced directly from the farmers and raw pepper are graded according to size, garbled, washed and dried as per the requirements of consumers’. Our processors plants based in Gujarat are powered with the latest machines to process bulk quantities of black pepper without compromising on quality and international standards.
Tellicherry Garbled Black Pepper
Tellicherry Garbled Special Extra Bold, officially the highest quality black pepper in the world, has a biting heat but a distinctive fresh, fruity, woody aroma. Tellicherry Black Pepper are classified as Bold, Extra Bold and Special Extra Bold, according to their colour, but also graded by size. Only 10% of the crop makes the TGSEB grade black pepper.

Malabar Garbled and Ungarbled Black Pepper
Malabar is the Original Pepper and is a popular variety that originates from the Malabar Coast in the SW portion of India, where peppercorn cultivation first began. The berries have a slightly greenish hue. This is an excellent pepper with pungent aroma and robust flavor available at a modest price. This variety represents for many what Pepper should smell and taste like.
